Meet Michelle Kalphat
Caring for older adults has been more than a career for me it has been my life's passion.
As a Nurse with more than 20 years of experience, I have had the privilege of caring for seniors in a variety of settings, with a particular focus on geriatrics, dementia care, and assisted living. Throughout my career, I have witnessed not only the challenges that accompany aging but also the resilience, wisdom, and dignity of the people and families I have served.
Time and again, I saw families overwhelmed by appointments, healthcare decisions, transitions, and the many details involved in caring for an aging loved one. I created NaviWell to provide the guidance and support I knew so many families needed, a trusted resource to help them navigate life's transitions with confidence.
At NaviWell, I combine my clinical background with compassionate, nonclinical coordination and navigation services to help families stay organized, informed, and supported. Whether preparing for a move into senior living, coordinating services, or simply needing someone to help make sense of the next steps, my goal is to provide peace of mind during life's most challenging moments.
